There needs to be staff at the top of the slides. My 5 year old was pushed down the fast red one by someone which caused her to go down sideways and get hurt, and on one of the other slides, someone came down behind her and went into her back with their feet. It's dangerous without supervision! Also, they have to wear socks, and the floor outside of the play areas is stupidly polished concrete. 2 kids slipped on it and got badly hurt.

Fun place but in desperate need of a deep clean, especially in under 4 year old area (in the ship). Although the children cannot access these parts its very unappealing to see a cigarette packet inside a children's playground. Please do better.

Great playcentre. Area for babies, 4 and under and the main area for bigger kids. There's also a bouncy castle and a road circuit with trikes. They have 4 party rooms and a Baking party area.

Fun but unhygienic! I went onto the baby slide with my child and was shocked to see the filth inside, that's not visible from the outside. They should shut down and clean first, looks like it has never been cleaned.

5 stars for the level of enjoyment my boy is getting out of the place! I really like Crocs too. It has a very chilled vibe and the staff are lovely. Food is pretty good too. If I had to be super picky I’d say it needs a decent clean and $9 for a pair of socks…come on now!

Very disappointed to pay $11.50ea for my 14 month old twins for the baby play area to be almost void of any kind play equipment. The most interactive thing in the 4yr and under section didn't even have enough foam blocks to build half a wall. The place is looking incredibly tired and needs a really good clean. We paid just under $40 to take our 3 kids in and cannot see the value in returning.

My 2.5 year old enjoyed himself but the place was filthy. I was too worried about the general filth and dust to let my 7 month old crawl around in the baby area. There was rubbish in all the corners and plenty of random hot chips around from who knows how many days ago. The place needs to be shut down for a day and deep cleaned.

Just like every other person: Fun but needs a clean and should be cleaned daily.. Images of it being dirty from 5+ months ago are still the representation of the same areas. Insanely dirty for a children's play area that you pay for... Obviously owners. management or staff that simply don't care about their business or the health and wellbeing of their patronage. The mens toilet bins were overflowing with trash and the toilets were yuck too.

This place is in desperate need of a maintenance over haul by professionals.Too many band aid fixes on the play equipment with duct tape. Netting patched and falling apart. The big jumping castle has entire roll of tape on it.Needs a deep clean from top to bottom, including the toilets. The muffin/sandwich display, I could’ve drawn pictures in the dust on top of the cabinet. It’s about time the owner sells it to someone that will maintain it.

I do not recommend this place especially for a party. Very unsafe play area with broken things and hazards.Adamant staff (some are good and helpful), they do what they want, the party room is a joke as it is much smaller than a match box. What they show outside and on their website is different from inside (ex. they got normal tricks despite their advertisement about ATV).
