Sadly a horrible experience made worse. When we finally gave in to the fact that being put to sleep was the kindest thing to do we booked our dog in. Although mask mandates had been lifted it was still insisted we wear one in the vet reception. The veterinarian never came to the front desk to discuss what would happen and we were told we could not be with our boy until the end. He was taken to a back room and from that point we were ignored. When I asked What happens now

I asked them if they could scan a deceased cat on the road outside their clinic, was told no because they’re in surgery. I said cool that’s fine, I understand, but maybe someone could come scan it after surgery? She said it’s best I just take it to the pound myself to have it scanned. The cat was literally out the front of your vet clinic. You could have VERY easily scanned it. Oh and you also told me you would not be able to keep it in your freezer. Very disappointing.UPDATE -Whoever is writing these responses needs an academy award for that acting. I can see by the similar glaringly obvious lies and stories you spin in the other responses that you have absolutely no problem with outright lying and fabricating stories so ludicrous that I don’t even think you could honestly believe what you’re claiming! It is beyond me how anyone can run any sort of business, let alone a vet hospital, the way you run your business! Every single person is super cagey, and acting like you’re trying to hide something from the public. Fact is you’re a liar who’s trying to gain public sympathy for your failing business. Maybe if you focussed on treating people with basic human decency and less on being so convinced the world is trying to take you down, you’d not need to spend so much time fabricating untruthful stories in your responses. Oh and you forgot to mention the part in your story where you stalked and harassed me at my place of work for months, after I’d never once told you where I work (you took it upon yourself to hunt me down via facebook) calling my boss and my workplace multiple times a day demanding to speak with management, further demanding I be reprimanded for leaving a google review that is an accurate account of the events that transpired that day. Yeah didn’t mention that in your story did you?

Thankyou for looking after Turbo.Hopefully he will be with us for awhile. The only thing he didn't like was the elf outfit you put on him at Christmas time.We are happy with the service and helping him get better.

We have been using Central Coast Vets for the past sixteen years. The level of care both Tammy and Chad have shown for our animals is remarkable. The team are always friendly and accommodating. It’s amazing to watch our dogs walk in with wagging tails, as they obviously have no anxiety going there. No matter what the issue we have we always feel listened to and that our animals are getting the care they need.

We have been seeing Tamra , Chad and the team at Central Coast Veterinary for more than 13 years , our beautiful furry family ,Heidi and myself are blessed to have them looking after our beautiful Odysseus (male Dalmatian)when he suddenly struck down with a autoimmune disorder more than 5 years ago at age 7 years he is turning 13 years this year and without Tamra fast acting and great knowledge he would not have lived for very long, we all thank Tamra , Chad and the team for all the wonderful kindness, care and continue providing veterinary services for all of the beautiful animals that need help, we appreciate you very much for that you do.Wayne and Heidi.

Dr Tammy and Dr Chad from this practice have cared for my animals (two cats) for some 13 years. One cat was a diabetic who needed frequent and sometimes complicated veterinary care. I couldn't have wished for more skill, care and compassion for my beloved animals, especially from Tammy and the wonderful vet nursing staff at the North Wyong practice.

Wish I could give no stars, the way I was treated was appalling. My dog was running out of meds and I couldn't get to my usual vet as my car had broken down so I called this vet up to see if i could get in to see them. They said they would have to find out and get back to me that day. Of course they never did so I had to call them as usual, always have to chase people, and the girl was about to book my dog in for a consult when she asked me what she was coming in for and when i explained she went away and came back after what seemed like forever and said no we cant see your dog. She said they cant take on a new patient even though they supposedly take emergencies all the time. I told them my dog would most likely have a seizure and could die without her meds and she just didn't care, kept saying no we cant help you and hung up on me. Disgusting how they don't care about an animals life. Good news I did get her into another vet with no issues at all. Much better vet too, one with compassion and understanding unlike Central coast vet centre. I feel sorry for any pet that goes their with their attitude!!

I received a very mistreated 5year old dog 10 years ago. Both practises have worked wonders with my Shih Tzu keeping him healthy and now comfortable with the usual aging problemsI cannot speak highly enough of both centres.Regina
