Laser Clinics Australia - Southland Westfield

Very unprofessional staff and management. I started going here 4 years ago. I couldn't attend a session as my in-law passed away on the same day. I tried to explain they just abruptly sorry we can't do much you will be charged for your session. Like seriously have some sense and be courteous its our hard earned money. The Laser Clinic is worse service than any Specialist consults.

I have been going to laser clinics Australia for the past year at Southland. They are all such great workers, especially Bella, she has always made me feel so comfortable in my skin. I had been so hesitant to get laser hair removal but Bella has always gone out of her way to make my experience as best as possible. My sister and I both always ask for Bella and she is such a great worker and is very authentic within the way she gives her service. Definitely go to Southland they are absolutely beautiful girls especially Bella xx

This is my 3rd or 4th Laser Clinics Australia store I’ve been to since I started receiving treatments in 2020 - and this is by far the worst. Completely inconsistent service, some technicians will cover my tattoos whilst lasering whilst others don’t, and a different intensity seems to be used everytime. This is the only salon that I received adverse effects of hair growth at.In my most recent appointment, I was not offered laser aid which I have always been offered post treatment. This past appointment, I had said that I was no longer seeing positive results and instead hair was growing back - there solution was to turn up the laser and ignore me when I said “ouch that really hurts” and moving my body away from the technician. I had to ask her to stop twice for her to actually stop.Will definitely not be returning and instead will put in the effort to go to a branch further away.

I was absolutely delighted with the performance of the staff here at Laser Clinics Australia Southland. A particular therapist named Hayley helped me with picking out certain skin treatments and did an excellent job on my Laser. I felt very safe and looked after here and would recommend Laser to anyone who is looking into it! Thanks so much Hayley.

Had to write a review because I just had the best laser experience with Steph!! She was so incredibly caring and kind and made me feel super comfortable throughout the session! I always go to Southland laser clinics for my ageless peels and was very happy with my therapist Eva but sadly she is not there anymore and some other girls did couple of times but now I found another amazing young girl named Kat. She was very professional and communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and enjoyed my sesssion .kat you are absolutely super good.

Some really friendly staff, especially Hayley who has really helped me through my treatments. she’s extremely knowledgeable of all the treatments and has been nothing but lovely and attentive throughout my appointments

DO NOT USE LASER HAIR CLINICS!I bought 10 pre paid sessions for over $1,500 from Laser Hair Clinics Southland. I am on medication for Bi-Polar Disorder, so I was told I was not allowed to use my 10 pre paid sessions.The Manager would not refund me or come to another resolution and now the Manager (Hayley) will not respond to my emails. I am so upset! I have not received a call or email from anyone above her. I am now taking them to VCAT to get my money back!

Don't book here greedy manager trying to rip people off.So the owner responds claiming abuse of staff! what nonsence. Giving feedback about false advertising, incompetence and greedy policies is not abuse. It stating facts! Don't try twist and turn things to cover your shameful acts to exploit people
