Did not want drop your rating, however the ladies in reception today, need to understand customer service. Be polite and maybe care a little. Particularly the darker hair woman. I felt was rude .

Probably the most in depth eye consultation I've ever had ,not only did he check my eyes but talked about why my eyes were the way they are . A little more expensive than somewhere like spec savers but honestly worth every penny and will definitely be going back there in three years for my next check up.highly recommended and Tom was very handsome!

Tom (the Optometrist) and Elizabeth (Front Reception) were superb! Tom was very thorough in explaining things and provided a lot of information and tips. Elizabeth was very pleasant to deal with. So glad to find such a great local team to get my eyecare needs sorted. Their online booking system is so easy to use, and you can easily contact them through messenger as well - so convenient! Quick delivery too, I ordered my contact lenses last Saturday afternoon and they arrived today (Wednesday morning). I've been to a few optometrists over the last 15 years and I can confidently say that the service I received from Eyecare Eyewear Dalby is the best.
