Exceptional service and commitment to customers. I ordered a wired apple keyboard on the day they discontinued it. I placed my order and ifrog didn't have the item in stock and Apple will not be shipping them anymore. What they did was replace my ~$60 dollar wired keyboard with a new ~$180 dollar wireless one. I have not experience this kind of service or commitment to customers anywhere else in Australia. I highly recommend this site/shop for your Mac/Apple needs.

They may have good prices but if you do a search of the internet you'll find this probably isn't a good company to buy anything from.I sent an email requesting an ETA for an out of stock item, only for them to reply after I had purchased my goods elsewhere, received them and built the PC.Luckily I will only have to imagine what it is like to return a faulty item...

They’ll sell you a laser jet printer which I was told was the next best thing. Then when ink runs out it was almost impossible to purchase anywhere but through them. Won’t talk directly to you only through emails so that pretty much shows how great there customer service is.Will never purchase through them again!Told me it was my problem as I should’ve done my research. Typical salesmen get your sale than you mean nothing anymore. So glad my chosen career is more meaningful than theirs!

I looked at the reviews and they are mostly negative except for one which appears to have been written by their mother! Anyway, after dealing with them I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere. The worst online company to deal with! yes they are cheap but definitely not worth the trouble. I thought I would give them an opportunity despite the negative reviews online. I did everything possible to make their life easier, sent screen shots of payment, gave them advanced notice that I need the product in 2 weeks time. Come close to the date that it should have arrived, I called and emailed and finally was told that it was not even dispatched from the warehouse. Getting a refund was even a struggle. It took 3-4 weeks to get my money back. Terrible customer service and organisation of an online company.

What a mistake - Ordered 3 notebooks which I urgently needed in 7 days. They confirmed they have it. I paid it and 3 days after they then explain they will be refunding me and are unable to process my order. They are not trusted to do business with. You can not trust or rely on them at all. First and last time. I just read other reviews and seems James the manger" is the issue."

I cannot work out if iFrog are malicious or just naively incompetent. I suspect it’s the latter, given that in my many infuriating interactions with them over two months to resolve a basic return & refund issue I got the sense that they believed they were doing me a favour by trying their hardest" (a direct quote)

Some of these reviews that depict Ifrog in a utopian light are are obviously fake and fabricated. This company is atrocious. They will not reply to emails, they are extremely passive agressive and do not deliever on time. I'd definetly pay an extra $100 before shopping with this company! read the reviews. BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY.

Beware - they attempt to get you to disclose your ccv number after they already have received your payment. This would allow an unscrupulus person to misuse your credit card and is contrary to NAB credit card merchant rules.They hang up on you ( in my case 8 times) and have no stock so if they cant place your order with their dropshippers they simply cancel you order. I dont trust them. They have terrible customer service and adopt practices that are contrary to the Australian Consumer law. They advertise cheap prices but according to many other reviews often dont deliver. They are not worth the aggravation. Hopefully I will get my money back without a chargeback

Absolutely ecstatic.I ordered a Kingston 128GB MicroSDXC card from iFrog recently - the price on this was less than most competitors and was borderline the same price that Chinese clone costs. I received the item this morning and was able to verify it's genuine.Cheers guys.
