My husband has been a regular for a long time. After today will never be back. Clearly a new crew who don’t prioritise their customers, after waiting 45 minutes the barber told him he was going to eat. Fair enough, but did it very passive aggressively… when he finally saw the barber and he began the cut, he dug the shears into the back of his head. Bald spot at the back now. When he was done he squeezed his ears? When my husband flinched, because that’s a weird thing to do, the entire staffed laughed at him. Way to make people feel comfortable… Don’t come here if you’re used to the staff who were there before. They’re gone and replaced by people who lack the basic essentials of customer service. Only 1 star because be actually managed to get his hair cut in the end.

Always get a good quality, sharp cut here. Good pricing, usually busy but doesn't take long to get through. Highly recommended

Brought my boys for a haircut today. Have friendly barbers, who are great at what they do as well as responsive to the needs of customers. I recommend their services to all residing within the Belconnen suburbs.

Barber is very patient and taking time to do the job, which is the right thing. Not in a rush to finish the job like others do. The place is neat and clean too. Price is also chepaer compared to others in the area. Men's haircut is $25.

Barber burnt my skin using the hair dryer on my beard for way to long. Needs some re training. Hair cut was okay, beard cut was average
