Don't sign up for a direct debit with this company! When my mother passed away they took triple the normal account, which they claimed they were owned, at the very first opportunity!No final account to check, no notice, just direct debited the account, funds gone!

Appalling service. Rude staff. Very angry at delay in administration. Unable to call and pick up meds. Mother diagnosed covid through no fault of hers. She is in a nursing home. Isolation 3 days and still waiting for meds. No compassion whatsoever shown by Pharmacist Wendy. Yes we are all busy and I assured her that as a nurse at this time I was not the one to use the we are busy phrase with. Will try and see if we can change companies. Note also they charge for things they do not dispense. I rang about this one day and they did not charge for that month. Had to get home and doctor to look into it. This virtual monopoly leaves a lot to be desired

Staff lie to your face

Chase money that is not owed and try to charge without invoice - do not give them and credit card or bank account details. They take advantage of elderly customers. We closed a bank account as they kept trying to take parents money - called us to say it didn't go through. They take money without reason.

Please don't use this pharmacy, especially if you have a sick or elderly loved one. I received a bill in the mail almost 2 years after my mother passed away. This was the first I had ever heard if any outstanding debt (petty amount too) and they waited 2 YEARS to chase my family for payment, after the heartache of loss and everything involved in sending off a loved one. There was not so much as a note of explanation. Then they had debt collectors contact me on my mother's death anniversary! Nothing human about these people, they have not a care in the world about their customers. My mother had completely left their region and they were still producing medication for her even though she wasn't actually receiving it, right up until she passed away. I would not recommend anyone use them for ongoing medication needs.
