Great agent = great buy. We were given a giant run around by another agent. So, very jaded and burnt, we attended the open home. Carol was personable, down to earth and very positive about the unit. So helpful to deal with. We were referred to Carol by a colleague, and so glad we were. In a highly competitive field, with more than a few spin doctors around, her experience and honest appraisals and answers were appreciated. Genuine, efficient and consistent. Melissa from the outset was very approachable, friendly and positive. She was a refreshing change from the fast talkers but extremely professional and efficient.
