This has always been the place to go for delicious burgers.They're so tasty and all the ingredients are fresh and blend in well for the one of the best burgers out there.The place was really crowded but the service was satisfactory.Being located in Westfield shopping centre,there were ample parking.

I come here all the time to eat before a movie because it's right next to the cinema.The people are always super friendly, the food is great no matter what you order and the drinks selection is pretty decent!

If you order take away from this place don't expect quick service.I ordered 30 minutes before I arrived to pick up at a specific time. While I was waiting I watched people who arrived after me receiving their meals before I picked mine up. Finally got my food 15 minutes late.Embarrassingly pathetic service (good burgers though).

Food is delicious and We love their chips. But we are really disappointed that they offer impossible patties. Impossible Pattie’s, although plant based are tested on animals and this is not okay. If you are going to make an effort to offer vegan products, don’t offer animal tested products to save money. It’s double standards. They used to offer beyond burgers and we would happily support that.

I went past this place hundreds of times but never dined there as I'm typically not a huge fan of burgers.. I finally decided to give it a try and, let me tell you, I now love burgers.. It's perfection all around from the service to the quality of the dishes on offer.. I never thought I'd say this about a burger restaurant, but I'm definitely going back for more at Grilled Southland, and so should you!!.

Went on a weekday night, restaurant was less than half empty. Was told food might take 20 minutes, which was fine. Instead it took 45 minutes for 2 burgers and chips to come out. What made it worse was the staff took our food to the wrong table and when it arrived the food was cold. Unfortunately, a poor experience.

All I Can say I'd Jimmy loves this place,We waited patiently on a cold June night, out of the cold we hid waiting for a burger and chips, (they were egg plant chips if my memory serves ne correctly) they were soggy and were delivered 4 minutes after the burger arrive.James had his backpack on, so I knew we were in a rush, I could tell by the nervous look on his face we had to go, we grabbed the egg plants chips and what was left of the burger and made a break for it leaving behind his sauce.This was a cold night in June, soggy egg plant chips.

I got overcharged for my order two times as i tried to pay. The girl who served me then didn’t put through my order to the kitchen. I waited an hour, nobody checked in on our table or let us know. I was only informed when i asked about my order. She was apologetic and us free stuff for the table. Then her manager said no to everything and wouldn’t give me a refund. Then kept asking for proof five times that I ordered stating it wasn’t in their system in the first place. I get its a mistake but there were too many and they were so rude to me.

Ordered at counter and specified gluten free bun. And the server asked me if gluten free because of allergy and if so will direct kitchen to cook bun on the grill and not put it through the toaster where it could be contaminated by the breadcrumbs. WOW. Fantastic Grill'd and I wish I had taken note of the male servers name. I had the garden delight (vegetarian burger) my husband had the Mary's lamb burger and we shared some delicious chips. Just love their salty, herb seasoning. We also brought our own coffees with us from Max Brenner as coffee unavailable here. So not sure if this is something that will change, I mean this is Melbourne!! 7.4 had low carb buns with our burgers (vegetarian and chicken) great to have that choice. They also have introduced onion rings so had to try! OK bit over fried for my taste though husband loved.
