Went in today to buy some bait, when I walked in I was rudely challenged about having a mask. When I said I didn’t have one he informed me that he couldn’t serve me. No recognition that I maybe exempt. I got my bait but will never darken the door of this extremely rude individual’s store again. He wasn’t even wearing an appropriate mask himself.

Staff was amazing and helpful when you are purchasing, but when you have a issue or problem with purchased items as I had doubled up on a purchase, the store owner was so rude and want nothing to do with you. Not to mention their prices are double then other stores.

I am a non-fisher person but others in the family have dicovered the joys of the sport. The assistants were terrific in helping me for Xmas shopping, basing their advise on carefully assessing my needs. No pushy, latest gadget selling here. As arrived saw an older customer leave and climb into his 4wheel drive which was obviously well-worn and off on another fishing adventure. This shows capable of well and truly servicing both the novice and the expert.

I am a keen fisherman, however this is not the reason I come back to this shop to see Chris. I am a new, along with my son, we are keen archers.Chris has a very precise approach to tuning bows and giving pointers on many aspects of the sport. He is very analytical and precise. Which is what archers require.
