Appalling customer service! Ask for a product which I saw online and the manager who was at the desk gave me terrible attitude by saying what we have online is different from our store in a very condescending manner! She told me to go make a complaint as she is the manager. Never had such a poor customer service experience!

Worst place to buy anything . Very rude and unhelpful staff . Selling faulty products and not even exchanging the products under warranty .If you complain they just tell you to go .Very unprofessional.

Where is the online service so far still waiting for my express post haven’t even got an acknowledgement that it’s been packaged and sent ordered on the 6th it’s now the 10th def won’t be getting an express post service - same day delivery yeah right!!!
