Surgery was a pleasant experience was quick and efficient. Got seen by a nurse who took my medical history before the doctor.Dr. Jain was super helpful and provided good information and addressed all my concerns.

Not helpful! Saw a female doctor for a condition that alarmed me as it was abnormal/unusual to me, but was told repeatedly not to worry about it as its normal and to go back to them if it doesn't stop. She suggested a prescription for some tablet to treat the signs/symptoms but was not ready to take tablets without investigating the actual cause of the problem so left disappointed, will book in another clinic.

All is good . Just a friendly suggestion that this clinic should update their services to sms reminders and have some voice recorded about the clinic service ect when they put the people on hold. The female doctor, Dr Indira is great and an experienced doctor compared to the other female doctors I had. Good luck.

Booked a appointment with a dr for 10:50am, arrived at 10:40am but 35 minutes later , still waiting to be seen although other patients are being seen before me after telling reception their appointment was booked for 11:30, multiple people have walked in and been seen straight away (I'm guessing they too have an appointment). Absolutely annoying when you book an appointment and are waiting well over the appointment time it's not like I just done a walk in.

Do not visit this clinic... At least don't use Dr. Jain as your doctor. He rushes you so you leave quickly and get in another patient for his money. He wouldn't have time to listen to what you went there for. A word to a wise is enough.Those giving 5 stars could be their own agents.

Do not use this surgery all doctors here will leave you in pain and refuse to prescribe anything or treat you correctly. They think of themselves first and patients last if you are a doctor your patients should come before you and your family. May god curse this doctor surgery.

DR. Mahaveer Jain is very rude ,bad attitude and bad service,he started arguments with me at the beginning,he talked very loudly shouting and yelling not respect any patient. He doesn’t deserve to be a doctor, I was want have blood test ,but because I told him I am going to see specialist doctor in the future ,then he suddenly come to very angry and ask me go home and he said can’t do anything for me ,I was want to get blood testing done but pathology closed at 12:30PM ,because he couldn’t let me have any blood test done which was wasted my whole day time ,I went to the clinic by taxi which wastes the time and money and waiting for see DR Jain wasted a lot of time then he told me he can’t do blood test for me and he asked me go home .I have to go home to book another appointment for another doctor at another Clinic,which need waste me another day time , Dr.Mahaveer Jain ,you are shame as a doctor I feel sorry for all your patients because you always has bad attitude to your patient and not respect them and their times .do you know patients go to clinic cost time and money and all the day time ?Bad service ,bad doctor at Logan Centrel family clinic .

Dr.Jain is very warm and welcoming. I have been taking my baby girl to see him since she was born. I have always had very good experience. He takes time to listen to the health concern, provides more information on it and explains clearly to ward off any fears that I or my family has.Highly recommend for every one as a family clinic to visit to.

Christmas Eve , practice was open and after literally stumbling through the door suffering an extreme anaphylactic reaction , i was refused treatment , i pleaded to see a doctor but receptionist wanted my details first , again pleaded trying to explain between gasps of air i needed urgent help , she wandered off for a few minutes then came back saying they are now closed, DISGUSTING , i ended up in hospital after FOUR adrenalin shots from Ambulance Paramedics and a mild heart attack. i honestly can not believe that his actually happened, 58yo Male.

Dr Jain has always been respectful and providdd professional services. There has been more than 1 occassion where his advice has improved our health and wellbeing for my family
