Second Review:I didn't get the cake I ordered for. This is my kid's birthday and you served vanila cake instead of Black Forest cake which I ordered. Now I am giving you 1 star instead of 2. If there is a chance, I would give less than that. Take the heat. You cant show your rudeness to customer. There are 70 guests in the event and only 1/4th cake was eaten. I will forward this to all of my friends and asking not to buy cake from your shop. You are disgrace and should be shamed.First review:We have ordered Black Forest Cake for my kid's birthday on 24th September 2022 and we received vanilla flavoured cake. Cake was good. But we didnt get what we ordered.

Very good customer service and nice cakes. Big variety to choose from and would recommend to anyone in need of cakes. Children love all their cakes

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAKE FROM HERE! The cake was not fresh and you could tell from the cream. Nobody ate the cake at the party and I contacted them but no response. Eventually got through and they refused to help. Disgusting product and service. This place should be closed.

THANKYOU! I have ordered 2 custom cakes this month for both my kids birthdays that are in January, and you guys did not disappoint! Not only were they fresh, they were exactly what I wanted and more! My teenage son was so surprised by his money cake, and staff were extremely helpful from start to finish, thankyou again and see you next January!!

We come here for all our birthday celebrations in my extended family, which means 9 cakes a year. Its a lot of cakes!They claim freshly made on the premise, but the reality is, they're made and frozen. I don't mind for most part, most of them are fine, but sometimes you'll get one thats obviously frozen, as the sponge layers are incredibly dry and crumbling, and the outer layer of the cake is cracked from freezing and shrinkage of the covering material.Good sized portion cakes, reasonable price, just don't expect them to be 100% identical to the catalogue or counter display (e.g. Biscoff cake, they use different biscoff on the one we ended up with), or that they're 'fresh' freshly baked/decorated.We of course will continue to still get them here, at least for the time being.

So disappointed, I wish i could give them 0 point for their service staff. So so rude.I never thought I could experience this with them.Firstly I didn’t get the cake the way I ordered.secondly I been told different price when I ordered the cake. when I asked if I can speak to Hamid, they didn’t let me. when I saw the cake, it made me so furious because the cake was so different what I ordered.I called back complaining that the cake is different what I orderedshe was bloody so rude that she said oh bring back the cake and get refund.the other lady said at the back that I am angry because of the price.That why I am complaining.Having fifth decorated cake from them paying as they asked and then you heard this,Ruined my whole day where i should be happy and celebrating my baby boy’s first birthday.

Fist time I bought the cake one year a go. Since then I buy every month and tried out of the cakes. Amazing cakes always fresh and delicious. I am not thinking of buying anywhere and recommend to everyone as well. Try atleast once and feel the difference
