i am OUTRAGED. i recently in store shopping for some clothes, when i heard a woman screaming . i went to investigate and the woman was an employee screaming at a customer, they customer keep trying to walk away from the situation and the employee followed her around the store screaming at her about talking to another employee , this is downright unacceptable, to witness this is horrible, after the all deal i went up to the customer and asked the situation and if she was ok because she was in tears, she then told me that the employee by the name of Christen, had come up to her to tell her off for talking to a staff and “distracting” her

I have been in few Target stores in VIC and Target Eastland has the best customer service. The staff are lovely, friendly and really helpful. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

I was in store tonight (15/07/2022) and was helped out by the loveliest young lady named Claudia. She helped me pack my bags and use the self serve checkouts, and made me feel extremely welcomed in Target Eastland.I will be returning in store just because of you Claudia, great job!
