Subaru Penrith (Service)

I feel confident everything will be checked during my service. Staff are always lovely and explain procedures and upfront costs. I have not used the offer of drop off at Penrith shops/station yet or used the service vehicle, however it is good to know its available. Very happy with the service.

Outstanding customer service from the service team. I have always had good things to say regarding this business in dealing with them over the years. While I have never brought my car to them, I decided to this time to look at the check engine light problem. They diagnosed the fault codes in my car and although they weren’t able to replace the parts due to the components being very expensive, they directed me to an auto electrician that could help me. I expected to pay the quote fee upon picking up the car but they told me there was no charge. These guys are happy to pass on information to customers even at no financial gain to them. They understand how to treat people and run a business.

It’s been a quite a few years since I’ve been to this service department as I’ve been working in the ACT. I was impressed to see the same guys working here from years ago. I’ve always been treated very well and nothing ever seems to be a problem. The team are always proactive at sorting out my vehicle issues and they all seem to genuinely enjoy working there with each other.I was chatting to a couple of other customers in the waiting room and they all seem to have a similar opinion which is reassuring. I’ll be back for sure.

They are a good service and the staff are very nice and helpful.I just think the price of the service is very costly in comparison to other brands of cars. However I do love my Subaru Impreza.

I have been getting my Subaru's serviced at the Penrith Subaru Service Centre for 14 years. It's always been a good experience. Only disappointment is that they no longer wash and vacuum the car prior to pick up. I remember the days when the Service Manager wouldn't let a car leave the Service Centre until it had been cleaned.

Once I managed to get past the call centre I found the local staff very efficient and accommodating. Problem with audoi systen diagnosed and fixed with a new amp on the day.

The team here at Penrith service Subaru are the best! Chris and the team are friendly & will always take their time to explain everything. Always happy with the service.

I had a transmission failure in my 2016 Outback which required a new transmission. I regularly service my vehicle with Penrith Subaru as they offer personal customer service and honest service. Many times I have been in to have minor issues fixed at no cost. This time, my Service Manager acted on my behalf and applied to Subaru Australia to offer me assistance. Subaru offered to warranty the transmission part. Penrith Subaru chipped in a chunk of the labour cost. All up, they left me feeling well cared for. A back yard mechanic would not have pulled that off for me. Your best mechanical maintenance and repairs are with your dealer……Penrith Subaru Dealership.

Subaru Penrith is our trusted service centre for our Forester. We are pleased with the service quality and capped price service costs. It’s not a cheap thing to get a car serviced and new tyres but quality materials and vehicle know-how provide additional peace of mind.
