Jackie at the Tuggeranong Clinic is the best lady to see. She is fantastic at laser hair removal, since my first treatment Jackie has made me feel so comfortable and welcomed . I wouldn’t see any other clinician. Jackie’s hair removal is always 100% effective. I can’t wait for my next appointment with her.

I had a appointments today at 11:20 for my full leg hair removal and I got a call at 11:10 saying it’s being cancelled as them I was overbooked and they don’t have enough staff which was disappointing as I was already there parking my car for appointment.They could have informed me earlier so I didn’t have to waste my time coming there.

I had booked in for a microdermabrasion with Jackie and she defiantly did not disappoint. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and walked me through the whole process. I left with my skin feeling soft and so satisfied by the service/ professionalism provided by her I will definitely be booking with Jackie again.

Jasmine was so supportive and lovely! It was my first time getting laser hair removal and she walked me through the whole process. Listened when I said that it was getting too hot and explained what the equipment does before even starting. I honestly cannot recommend her enough for all your needs.

Hi,I did buy my treatments about since years before, some during covid time but whenever i tried to get my appoitment girls excused that they dont have any space during day time. As i was working casual day time i changed my job to daytime but same excuses no time at evening...just recently i went there yesterday to book it again in evening staff mentioned that my treatments are expired..Oh My God!! About 1000 dollars i have spend for my trreatments which i havent get done any single yet. I spend 5 sessions for needling and 245 for neck hair removal. I was so stressed about that huge amount of money after no explanation of lossing money. As i asked, staff said they cant do anything. There was no reminder email or call or message by clinic to me. Before buying time staff mentioned that if deal expires they will provide me a gift card but i didnt get anything at all..i tried to talk to manager and left the message also but still didnt hear anything yet. I will recomend people to not buy any deal in advance as if you dont get any space to get treatment you will totally loss ur money. Rude behavior always during calls even not helpfull to get appointment. Please please never ever go to tuggeranong laser clinic. There should be a legal action be taken against bad customer service for fraudging money different ways. I never get any notification email or message after could not get place for appointment. I am going to complaint to consumer court for taking it serious. Even girls have no single customer during i went to clinic so many times. 0/10 definitly for everything because after paying 1000 still i cant make any single appointment according to my time. I will bring this topic to social media and all leagal services to help people to not been fraud by false service. I asked for my receipts and i have been send 4 emails of receipts 2 each of them couple of times, not even all my receipts. Surely this is not a good treatment place to relax and fix your problems. I want to transfer my treatments to woden now as in these years i never get any single appointment been made by staff. As asked staff to provide me my paid money as a gift card they excused that only manager can do that they dont know how to do. Really! What else you guys dont know, how to talk to customer!! How to fraud people for selling your deals and after not giving them a chance to make it happen .., etc....

I had been visiting this clinic for over a year for Brazilian laser hair removal. Over time I'd built a tolerance to the short-lived pain that is laser hair removal, especially in my nether regions and had become familiar with the associated pain. During my last and final visit, I had Jackie attending to my appointment, who at the time seemed rushed, showing no interest or care in her work. As Jackie began the procedure, I instantly notice increased sensitivity to the heat and asked her to lower it down. Jackie replied by stating that the temperature is the same as my previous appointments and continued with the process. Again, I asked her to pause as it became unbearably painful. Jackie responded with the usual 'You're going to have amazing results, it's going to look so good, just wiggle your toes' as if wiggling toes trumps 70° heat zapping one’s private areas. I tolerated the pain and took my time applying laser aid as the area was very painful to touch after the procedure. During a good appointment the pain usually subsides within a matter of minutes however, this was something entirely different. I headed straight home to recover when I would usually be able to have a stroll around the mall. After 5 days the pain eventually decreased and turned into an insatiable itch. I wrote to the clinic providing feedback and a separate email providing a formal complaint however these attempts have not been addressed to this day. I called multiple times and requested to speak with the manger, Camille, and I was told she wasn't in. I received no response from the clinic or Camille and waited 3 days to call again. I eventually spoke to Camille and she requested photo evidence and for me to again visit the clinic for her to inspect the damage. Camille sighted the area and confirmed my skin had been burnt from Jackie's laser hair removal work. Camille stated she was surprised that Jackie had burnt me as she was her assistant manager......I was offered LED light treatment which involved 10-12 rounds of 17-minute appointments, where I was told to lay under an LED light to hopefully speed up the healing process but with no guarantee this would actually heal the area. This was the only compensation they offered. I found this to be a complete inconvenience on my part as it required me to attend every second day. I believe the clinic knew this would create an inconvenience and result in me no longer returning for therapy. I had to repeatedly request a refund for the remaining amount of the bundle I had purchased before Camille finally agreed to contact the owner of the store and issued me a refund of the remaining amount, still charging me for the appointment that resulted in my injury.If you've read this far, please use this as a warning to speak up when something doesn't feel right and to stop the clinician when they begin to think they know your body better than you. I wish Jackie would listen to her customers.I was hoping to provide photos of the burn sight however this prevents me from posting my experience.I will never return to Tuggeranong Laser Clinics Australia franchise due to the insufferable stress and damage they have caused to my body with nothing but further inconvenience to offer.I hope to receive a response that is less argumentative than the previous replies provided to 1 star reviews.

I have had many treatments with Ashleigh. She is very professional and thorough and always makes me feel comfortable. The clinic is always very clean, hygienic and well presented. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tuggeranong Laser Clinic.

Marie provided excellent care for me from the beginning to the end of my treatment. Both in my skin peel and LED she made sure that I was comfortable and showed professionalism. I have had nothing but great service at this clinic.

I have had many laser hair removal treatments and also skin treatments by Jackie. She is incredible - very knowledgeable about the products and services and always professional as well as hygienic! The store itself is clean and very welcoming. Thanks Laser Clinic and and extra big thanks to Jackie!!

I was called 15 mins before my appt to inform me that it has been cancelled. Mmmm!! given I was already at Tuggeranong, I called in anyway and the lovely Michaela managed to fit me in. Good on her and I would highly recommend her for management as she has brilliant client skills!!!!
