Mark and his crew were recommended to us by another roofer who was too busy to take in our job. We were not disappointed. Very responsive to all modes of contact throughout the whole process from quoting to job completion and being called back to fix a leak at no additional cost (minor leak where the kitchen exhaust fan comes out of the roof, we've had lots more heavy rain since then and no more leakage). We had them change our roof from terracotta tiles to colorbond steel including all new guttering, downpipes and fascia and we could not be happier with the job. Special thanks to one of the crew Chris who even gave up some of his weekend to help us out. I very highly recommend these guys if you are looking to do any roof work.

After a couple of periods of rain I can talk about the work done here.Frankly, I’m really happy. The guys have done a great job. They solved a leak at the back which was the biggest worry. The roof looks good and is once again water tight.They also worked with us to make sure we knew what was going on and that their energy went to the most important work, so reallocating resource effectively instead of just adding work meant they didn’t waste their time or our money. For example, one repair ended up not being worth doing, so that time/money got reinvested in resolving another problem that got discovered.The worksite was left in fantastic condition such that we found little evidence of their presence beyond the refreshed roof. And I have to thank Ceri too for efficient communications and admin!It was a pleasure to engage a team with a professional, give-a-damn attitude and get a great result.

Not a very good experience with this company, they say they give a 5 year warranty to fix our roof leaks but every time we call them to fix the same leaks they always claim it's a new problem and want more money. Very unprofessional, I will not recommend them to anyone.

We highly recommend Chris and his team of friendly tradesmen. We had tired old sagging leaking tiled roof replaced. Thorough, meticulous, professional, they were always ready to go the extra mile, make sure the work was done well and leave things tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. They dealt with heat and rain without a grumble. Delighted with the new roof which has transformed the house. Chris is a gifted manager who has the loyalty of his team. The boys were always polite and helpful.
