I am a local and products very regularly scan higher than the ticketed price. Majority of staff aren’t aware of the Australian Consumer Law Code of Practice (item is given for free) despite the legislation being displayed at their front counter.I’ve had many uncomfortable conversations with young staff who deny this practice takes place, before a manager is called and the problem is ‘always’ quickly rectified with the free item given. I had one young lad go as far as to tell me I needed to leave the store first and then re enter to get my free item (rather than identify it as it scanned wrong). He gave me lip multiple times before the manager was called and rectified the situation.Staff should be educated on this legislation rather than make the customer feel extremely uncomfortable for exercising this right.

Great range of products. Lots of specials and markdowns

I like the shop but always check the price of what youve actually bought as often the shelf price appears different with a slightly different product in the space.

went in today to buy some things for dinner and i grabbed a capsicum, none of them looked to nice so i grabbed the best looking one. Took it home and cut into it and there was mold inside. Actually so foul, this is meant to be a good place to get food, i mean its called foodland so i am digusted.

I would've rated 5 but my experience got disrupted got robbed at gunpoint by a man with a vlone hoodie on and black forces for my possessions and dignity cant say I enjoyed it.

Omg worst store ever been too.Staff member Krystal very rude and too busy gossiping being rude and nasty about other staff and being racist about another staff member and discussing her love life in front of customer when she finally serves she rude and very negative.

Great shop, plenty of local produce and sensational prices...Went in today, haven't been here for ages, forget how great it is....
