EB Games - Ellenbrook

I will get straight to the point, I like the store and I have never had a problem with the staff in all of my encounters. That being said I feel the need to warn everyone about buying PlayStation 4 controllers from this store. The 3 controllers I have purchased from this store have either had 'stick drift' or 'input lag', one of the 3 controllers has a damaged stick on the inside after a week of playing with it.I have purchased controllers at other stores that have had a longer life span than the ones I have purchased here. I don't care what anyone says, at the end of the day if you purchase something it should work.. Do I need to repeat that?

Whent into the store told them I didn't know much about any game console so I decided to go with a xbox s series because it had a game I liked the staff continued to sell me the games on disc at this stage did not know the s series was a digital console bought 3 new games for gess so they could make more money out of me. Going back tomorrow to get my money back for the games not happy.

Great friendly service every time, unfortunately often run off their feet. Would be great to get the prices of Big W" without having to price match

Had an issue where the game we purchased wasn't in the case. However, upon expressing this to the guys at ellenbrook, they were very happy to help and I walked out happy and with the game that I had purchased. A minor inconvenience but these things happen in retail, ultimately happy with the customer service. I didnt get the name of the people that served me but one seemed fairly new and the other works in midland also.

The Customer service in this store is terrible and the Manager is rude. No friendliness, eye rolling and they lie to get out of honouring consumer rights. We have had three bad experiences in the store. Two were overcharges that we found on our receipts and they had to refund. I would never recommend this store to anyone and have made a report to consumer protection about the lies they told. The Manager and his staff need better Customer service training with an emphasis on valuing the people choosing to spend their money in their store.

Sat 18/3/23 ,the two ladies sprang into action on recommending games to play by the same 2K games, had a great conversation about themThank you ladies !

Unfortunately every time I pre-ordered pop vinyls from this store the items I received were damaged.And if there were the same products on the shelf they were better then the ones I received. Very sad and unfortunate when I've gone out of my way to preorder and pay them all off, only to receive worse products than what someone could just walk in and grab.I was also told by a member of staff if people want their pre-orders and collect these things they would pick them up straight away." Almost having a dig. But I had gone in the same day I received the text to say I had orders in.Staff always seem to be very rude and will have you standing there for long periods of time.This has happened to me countless times in the past few years.It used to be a great store and has unfortunately gone down hill.I had to cancel all of my orders and go elsewhere."
