I just would like to say how caring you guys were. My friend’s dog has passed and because my friend’s age and mobility she wasn’t able to say her goodbyes at the clinic. I was so moved when my friend got her dog’s urn, little dog fur and a hand written card with her paw stamped. It was very nice! Thanks for all the work and caring !

My dog had to be put down as she had reached the ripe old age of 13 and was not able to keep food down anymore.The staff were lovely, very professional and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and were sensitive and compassionate. Gentle and loving with Chloe in her last minutes.Highly recommend, your pets will be in good hands.

I have just returned with my pup after his first visit here. All staff were kind, warm, friendly and welcoming (to animals and humans). My pup, (who was rescued received so much care and attention from staff). Thank you to everyone who looked after my Barry and answered all my questions.

Unfortunately I visited here under the worst of emergency circumstances, but cannot thank the team enough for their care and concern. They kept me informed, were professional and skilled and I can't fault their approach to animal care. They all obviously love animals and receive each appointment with the same high level of interest and respect. I was deeply touched to receive a follow up call to see how I was - you don't always find this level of genuine care and kindness. If you're looking for a regular vet, I'd definitely recommend making an appointment.
