I bought a laptop from Steve in 2016, old but worked for what i needed done. Time came where it was too slow and taking forever to complete simple tasks. Rather than throw money at a dead horse I bit the bullet and bought another refurb laptop from him. Quality 2nd hand machine with some modern upgrades to quicken it up.I had a bit of a dicky key and the team looked over the keypad and rectified the issue in a timely manner.They also looked at an Asus Z490-A Prime motherboard but unfortunately due to the nature of the repairs it needed to go back to Asus for RMA. The time & effort that went into trying to repair did not go unnoticed & just for the record fellas, 2 resistors were missing from the motherboard and Asus repaired it under goodwill.I will definitely return to this small business for any computer related issues.

Very glad to have called Steve! He and the team were very friendly and easy to talk to. Steve quickly diagnosed a problem with a power supply and resolved all of my problems at this stage. I would highly recommend taking your computer here the next time it needs servicing. They’ll definitely be my first call next time.

Very efficient service, but seemed to be rather costly.Had big trouble in getting Office 365 working again: 3 hours online to Microsoft followed by a Chat session of about an hour !However all good now and bank account is working again. Thanks Steve
