Purchased a belt from grafton rivers and the sales person was very helpful with the sale..But when I was to return the belt because it was sharp and uncomfortable to wear due to sharp metal edges the Manager Kelly PWas so rude and unprofessional not to just me and to my partner as well..It was like trying to get blood out of a stone for a refund for a defective faulty item and she said it was my fault for buying it. Her attitude was so unprofessional and disrespectful..I will not be going back to Grafton rivers againKelly P is a bad manager for Rivers
