Trendy Nails

Asked for shellac manicure, and was severely disappointed - my nails weren't cleaned or filed properly, shellac was left all over my fingers and the paint job was terrible. Still had to pay $35 and when I asked to do the paint closer to the cuticle the manager replied 'it's done this way to grow out'...The other girls I've had have been great but definitely won't be going back and wouldn't recommend!

If there was a zero star, this place would get it. This is the worst nail salon I ever been to. She literally FILED THE SKIN AROUND MY NAILS to that I literally have cuts from the 'manicure'. Selected a colour that I use all the time at other salons and the colour I have is NOT THAT COLOUR. There were little bugs everywhere, and the place just felt unclean and gross. The manager was horrible. DO NOT GO HERE.

Worst experience, do not go here! Complained as nails looked horrendous and they charged $15 more than I usually pay. Do not go to this salon!

WHERE TO START!!!!! My friend and I attended Trendy nails today as we wanted to try somewhere new. Both of us wanting SNS on our nails. My friend received the worst service that either of us has experienced. Three different people alternated the work on my friends nails, the shape of my friends nails was already good and explained this is the shape she wanted however the manager/owner was talking to other colleagues while doing my friends nails, not paying attention and looking elsewhere, which resulted in the nail file drill breaking the corner of her nail.This meant that the nail shape was now ruined and had to be cut shorter than the rest.Secondly another staff member took over from the manager and continued filing my friends nails and in doing so, missed the nail with the nail file drill and filing my friends cuticle and causing her pain.The colour my friend selected DID NOT MATCH THE COLOUR WE CHOSE! The colour turned out to be more yellow than nude.The staff did not clean under the nails and felt like our nails were glued to the skin of the fingertip.Mid way through my friends treatment, they moved her to another seat for no apparent reason. The table at the new seat had not been cleaned from the previous customer and had nail clippings on it. Ewwww!!As we left to pay, one staff member checked the price with another colleague and was advised $45 each for the SNS.We paid the cost and left the store.We were outside the store and a staff member came chasing after us and told us we owe another $10 each for the ‘manicure’.There is NO WHERE IN THEIR PRICE LIST THAT HAS THIS ADDITIONAL CHARGE. We checked the price list in the window and the pamphlet which also had $45. We informed the manager/owner we were only told $45, we were never quoted $55!!!!The Manager/Owner started yelling at us and after 15 min she turned her back on us.DO NOT GO HERE!! Wish we read the reviews beforehand.

I went in to get waxing done here and they did an appalling job. I told them that I was less than impressed with their service and all I got in return was that they were doing a really good job. They did not get all the hair out and when I pointed it out they used a plucker to get it and even then did not do it properly. I had to do it myself. If I wanted to do it myself I would have done it at home. Why come here and waste time and money? The person who first started the waxing was doing such a poor job and I was in agony before I stopped them and asked if they have ever done waxing before. The next person was no better. My skin is now raw red and patchy. I would recommend people to never set foot in this place. I never leave reviews, but I thought I must make an exception in this case.

2 people seem to be too much for 3 staff members to handle. My $50 pedicure wasn’t completed properly at all! I basically had to complete the uv process myself. They look disgusting and such a rushed service. Also disgusting place to even sit in. Clean your place and service up trendy nails your google reviews are speaking numbers to your hopeless service. Pick it up.

Do not go here!! Very pushy to get you to even come inside their store and not very friendly at all. I told the woman the shape I wanted for my acrylic nails and even showed a photo and they were all different lengths and shapes and none were even correct, I asked her to fix them and even after that had to ask again because she was not very good at her job or listening to me, grabbed the wrong colour for my nails and painted them horribly, way to much polish on some and just completely uneven, I am extremely disappointed and had to go elsewhere to have them fixed.

Came to this salon as recommended by a friend. It wasn't busy which was great (it was around 1030am on a week day) and the girls were lovely. I've been to a lot of places and had SNS and this was the best job. It's so neat! They finished with the UV light which I don't mind, but I suppose you could request not to have that.

Had acrylic nails and shellac done yesterday. They ended up with bubbles in every single one of the nails and the shape of each nail was terrible. I returned today and asked for it to be fixed. A lovely lady who worked there said that was fine, then the boss came in. They began speaking their native language in front of me and the boss said, we will only re paint them we won’t fix acrylic. I said if they wouldn’t I wanted a refund. She refused and looked at my hand again and then proceeded to shove my hand away. I told her if she touched me like again I would scream bloody murder. I told her I paid for this I expect it done properly. Eventually she refused but another lady did it. They spoke their language in front of me the entire time and I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I’ve paid for a service and it is the absolute last time they will ever get a cent off me. Do not go here, the boss is nasty and does a terrible job.
