Absolutely amazing service, super friendly and prompt. My nails are always done to a high quality and level. They are more then happy to try new styles you have even if they havent done it yet and last awhile before I have to come back. The staff are friendly and so very welcoming, I highly recommend this place.

Always do an amazing job! Been doing my nails for years never turned down a request when I asked for some hectic designs for nails haha. Always so lovely , quick and do amazing job. Been coming here since I was 15 and I have been too many other salons and this one is definitely the best always do a good job ❤️❤️

I just moved to Perth about 2 months ago and I was super nervous on finding a nail store to do my nails, with my social anxiety and only sticking to what I’m comfortable with, I walked right into this store and was met with great customer service. The woman who did my nails, did such a wonderful job, the lady who did my nails was very nice and good to talk to, she communicated with me throughout the whole time and made sure everything she did I wanted and liked, she’s very quick as well, only took half an hour, they’re so beautiful and the perfect shape I asked for. She applied the perfect amount and even coats as well. I 100% recommend and will be going back here more often to get my nails done

Absolutely appalling service and quality - I walked in with my sister at 7.45 pm on a Thursday night as two of the workers were walking out - they seemed to be very annoyed that they had to stay and complete two full sets. My nails cracked the same night, I've never seen sns shatter before but mine did including 2 nails breaking completely within 7 days. I went back and asked for them to be redone - was told they would repair however I demanded a full new set. Did not received an apology & instead was faced with attitude from the rude worker there. New set cracked by the time I walked back to my car to go home. Don't go here unless you want to waste your money.

I got acrylics and they were perfect and not too thick which is exactly how.i like them. Staff were so friendly and professional and engaged in conversation. Service was quick and shape is perfect. Highly highly recommend

I recently went and had a pedicure and also SNS with shellac done on my nails and it was a really poor job. My nails had already chipped one day later and the SNS is all bumpy. I have huge dips in the middle of 2 of my nails. Some nails aren’t even fully painted. I paid over $115 and feel totally ripped off. I didn’t realise at the time or would of said something. Safe to say I won’t be going back.
