Had them come out for a quote after putting previous poor customer service behind me. I had been contacting a girl in the office, and then suddenly all contact stopped. I sent a new contact via email and arranged for a quote.When the quote came in, I asked a couple of questions and found out I had been quoted on a unit to do a maximum of 22sq.m. Had heater serviced, hours later stopped working, came back to fix it and still not working. tried again and no fix. no contact from the company so I called and got a very unprofessional lady on the phone who decided to laugh at my situation of no heater in winter! very poor professionalism and poor workmanship!! 10/10 wound not recommend!

I was sold a jet master heater worth 5k that was not fit for purpose. Spoke to jet master support who said it wasn’t appropriate for my situationCould not get the salesman to call me back, called at least twice a day.Would not recommend

Initially booked in a service for my ducting hearing and cooling system, the lady called and rescheduled for a day later,, she then called again 3 days later and tried to reschedule me again I said sorry but no I need someone to look at it! The morning of my service I get a message saying sorry the service guy has called in sick will call soon to reschedule! Gee what a coincidence! No Thankyou I will go somewhere else!

National were spot on with service, price and professionalism. Very happy with our ducted system supplied. Brendan quoted us and had job completed within a month, very happy.I would highly recommend them!

My wife and have just had Solar panels put on our roof. From the time we walked in to NHC we were met by Bryce and Maria in a very professional manner. We had a quote at the end of the same day. Were pleased with price and signed up the next day. We never had to do another thing until the panels had been installed.Bryce and Maria were very knowledgable also made us feel very welcome.When the team arrived to install the panels they were great. Brendan Westley was a absolute pleasure to deal with. Within 24 hrs of being told our ducted heater need to be replaced we had a new one installed. The whole team was very professional and price was more then reasonable. Would not hesitate recommending Brendan and the team for all your heating and cooling needs.

Instantly greeted by the lovely ladies at reception. We were then helped out by Scott. He was able to give very informative answers and made us feel like there was no such thing as a stupid question. Highly recommend them.

The team at National H&C were professional and friendly from the time we walked into the showroom. We ordered a gas log fire and ceiling fans as well as shifting switches and power points. We also got a modern switchboard to replace our old one. All the team in the office and on site were fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely recommend them!

Replaced a broken gas central heater with a new 7 stars rated unit. Had to wait in the installation queue for 1 month (unfortunately during our coldest spell of weather) which was extremely uncomfortable. The installation was eventually done a day later than scheduled, due to staffing issues, however the new unit was installed in 2 3/4 hours and it was very well done.
