Emma Reeves Extreme Cuisine

Totally let us down. Continuous poor communication throughout the whole process. Had to keep chasing her. She kept giving me various excuses like problems with Telstra, was out of mobile range, busing doing another job, etc. We advised her back in September that we’d like to proceed and she never responded until I chased her up in January. Felt like she never really wanted to take on the catering for our small dinner party. Finally on the “11th hour” she cancelled because someone in her family was ill, and she needed to take care of them. So - no back up??? No other staff?? - even though she claims she caters for weddings. She assured me that a local business associate of hers was available to meet our needs. When I contacted the alternative caterer, they said they had never heard of us, and there had been no conversation with Emma regarding our catering requirements. They were unaware of our dietary requirements, which Emma had failed to pass on. The alternative caterer were unable to provide an adequate service at such short notice, so it wrecked our family gathering.Extremely dissatisfied.Emma needs to do better in her communication in order to be successful.

Had the most most amazing breakfast, cooked by Emma, the balance of the flavours was perfect, this lady is A1
