V & Rose Pet Grooming

I’ve finally found a groomer my dogs aren’t afraid of. When we entered the salon for the first time Fiona got down on the ground and fussed over my two anxious pups. Within seconds they were all over her and loving her to bits. Not only is Fiona a sweetheart, she’s a fantastic groomer.

We are so thankful to have found Fiona and V & Rose! Our pup was refusing to be groomed to the point where she needed sedation prior to meeting Fiona. Fiona takes her time with Leni and understands her cues and what she needs. Leni now runs and screams to get to Fiona’s door she’s so excited!! We are so so thankful she took the time and had the patience to groom our baby! Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else!

The team at V & Rose are amazing, the care they take with the dogs is fantastic. I take Betty-Bingo every 6 weeks and she loves going to have a wash and a tidy up. You can be 100% sure that your dog will be cared for and will come out looking beautifully groomed.Thank you to the fantastic team! 10 out of 10!!

My west highland terrier Poppy has been going here for a while now. We get a breed cut. We are very happy with the cut and the attention Poppy receives here. Not necessarily a cheap place but reasonable price for a specialist grooming session Nd I feel Poppy is genuinely cared for by the staff.

Fiona from V and Rose Pet Grooming is a highly amazing groomer! I was impressed with her communication skills long before the appointment - notifying us of a cancellation/fitting us in efficiently, even sending photos of parking options. She listened closely to our specific customer needs and was gentle and patient with our nan's anxious dog which resulted in him remaining very calm throughout. The grooming job was very thorough (even correcting previous groomers' errors!) and resulted in Wally looking transformed. To top it all off the price was very reasonable! Fiona is very friendly and professional. She is responsive and took time to discuss my dog's needs and my expectations. I am very happy with the grooming result for my 9 years old husky, Tiger. I have mentioned that Tiger gets tired easily at this age and Fiona has treated him really well that he was happy and relaxed after the 3 hour grooming! Will come back to her!

We are so happy that we have found V & Rose for our miniature Labradoodle Bob! Each time we have picked him up he looks just gorgeous! The owner listens carefully to requests and ensures that these are met. We know that we are leaving him in a safe, caring and professional environment! We LOVE that he is allowed to roam free while waiting for his next grooming experience or for us to pick him up! Thank you V & Rose!

Fiona was just amazing with Teddy! It was his first groom so I wasn't sure how he'd go but Fiona took her time with him, introduced him to everything she would be using on him and let him wander his surroundings before starting.Fiona also sent me pics and texts throughout to let me know how Teddy was going. He thoroughly enjoyed it in the end and I have no doubt it was due to Fiona's kind, calm and caring nature. He also looked so good once done!! So good, I almost didn't recognise my own pup haha.Afterwards, Fiona did a cute little Easter photo shoot with Teddy and sent me all the photos - what a cute keepsake!We will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend V & Rose Pet Grooming.
