I have been going to the Chemist Outlet for Seven plus years, and I cannot fault the service, once! The ladies are always friendly, professional and outright lovely. Matty, Chief and the other Pharmacists are a hoot and amazing as well. Tonight I rang to be put through to the dispensary, Tara answered. I rang at 6:20PM, Tara was so professional and lovely. Customer service that exceeded by expectations by shop staff and pharmacists. I had a large complex prescription order as well as medical supplies to purchase in preparation to take a group of 26 people to PNG for the Kokoda trek. I made no appointments to have 100's of dollars worth of prescription medications prepared and nothing seemed too difficult to the staff. Checkout was seamless, professional and accommodating. This all being done without the pharmacy neglecting other customers in-store, where normal business and exceptional customer service appeared to continue throughout. Competitive pricing, I will not shop at any other pharmacy, highly recommend!

Didn’t have what I needed in stock…but Instead of the usual “oh well”..the lady assistant went over and above to check stock levels at other nearby stores and then additionally rang that store to confirm the reported stock level and had them put the item aside for me! It was only a box of bandaids, but the way she quickly and professionally created a solution (and a sale), it was as if the product I was looking for was heart medication I needed to live through the night.An incalculable asset to the business and community. Well done!
