Disgusting firm that tried to sue my stepmum 2 years after an accident despite all insurance details being exchanged at the time. They rang my father and didn’t identify themselves asking for the 2yo claim number which unsurprisingly he couldn’t find at the time. At no time did they explain why. They were rude and hung up on him. They then served my stepmum just before Christmas so they had no time to deal with it due to public holidays and have been distraught for the past few days. Stop bullying elderly and legally illiterate people. Am reporting to the Victorian Legal Services Board Commissioner. Disgraceful behaviour verging on fraudulent.

So unprofessional And ill mannered. Melanie called by wife in the morning, she had missed her call. So she messaged a very threatening message and to call back so my wife did but the receptionist said she’ll pass on a message to call. By the way we had done nothing wrong and been talking to the other person involved( this was about a car accident) and accepted Blame and even told our insurance, so there was no need for such a message. Melanie called back and this was all in few hours I might add. Was rude and she accused us of ignoring the message she said, when we had called back but she never was told that we called. We were so upset with what she was accusing us for and the message which was only sent a couple of hours prior, she then hung up on us literally just hung up. It’s funny how she can abuse and be rude but if we are not going to accept that behaviour she’ll just hung up. What kind of lawyer behaves this way, what an embarrassment to this company. We actually called back also as she needed information which are happy to provide and had no problem it was the way she went about it. Still no call back! Just because you are a lawyer doesn’t give you the right to treat everyone like a criminal especially when you haven’t even spoken to the prior to see what’s going on.

Dealt with these lawyers through a referral from a friend. They settlement my matter in extremely fast time. I’m very impressed and happy with the result.Much appreciation
