Australia Post - Minto Post Office

The most unorganised post office.. they loose the parcels.. takes them days to find them. They take their time with serving customers. Their attitude could be better aswell!

My express eparcel that website updates as 1-2 business days and now its showing 6 business days. I delievered on Saturday, why it was dispatched on Tuesday?. So misleading info and laidback service

Always busy at the centre , especially with mundane things like pass ports and certifying going on and tying down staff for long periods doesn't help the queuing and waiting time ! I find the staff most pleasant to deal with all the time and l applaud their patience with some of the abusive clientele!Susan there is always friendly and most helpful - she even acknowledges me and other regulars in the queue , which l think is excellent service and makes the wait acceptable! Good on you Susan and staff !

Avoid at all costs for passport or identity related enquiries. The website advised that no appointment is needed for an Australian Passport lodgement (including on weekends which I confirmed on the website beforehand) and despite this, waited in line for almost 30 minutes only for the staffer with the black glasses to call out loudly to me “if that is a passport application, we cannot do that for you without an appointment”. I then told her the website said no booking required. She responded by saying they would not be processing it for me either way.Avoid taking ID photo’s here as well, they take it freehand with their camera often needing to re-take multiple times just wasting even more time, unprofessional, save your $19.95Would much rather recommend the AusPost at Leumeah, although an LPO, are much more patient, understanding and know what they are doing. Never had a great experience at this post office, can’t even deliver on the bare minimum. If you do need to go here (if you’re desperate), see the wonderful lady who works at the far left counter, blonde-ish hair.Last visit: 18/02/2023 at 11:30am

I have been to this branch in Minto many times and I found the staff extremely welcoming and friendly.Susan in particular, has a great personality and obviously enjoys her job as she is attentive and professional.Thank you Aust Post Minto and Susan.

Wow, I just had to give a shoutout to Susan and Lisa from Australian Post Minto! These two rockstars seriously blew me away with their top-notch customer service and care. I mean, seriously, they left such a lasting impression on me. They were so dedicated and detail-oriented, making my experience absolutely exceptional. And let me tell you, their friendly vibes and professional attitude created the coziest atmosphere ever. They had my back, taking care of all my needs with efficiency and genuine care. Lisa and Susan, you two are absolutely amazing! Thank you for going above and beyond to deliver such awesome service. You both deserve all the praise and more! Keep being awesome!

My parcel package that says 2days delivery took 5 business days to deliver. Not sure why I was advised it would be dispatched on Tuesday as well while I left it there on Saturday morning.Very misleading info!!!!

Certain Staff members are so rude. they do not assist you politely. If you don’t understand something they get angry with the customers. I experienced three customers being poorly treated in the 20minutes I was standing in line. In my personal experience the staff member serving me threw a sticker across the counter telling me to sign and when I asked where she very rudely told me can’t you see, sign on the line. Very disgusting behaviour. Why cant they hire people who are polite to customers. Not all customers give the staff a horrible time. Minto Post Office (Mall) hire better staff members who don’t intimidate their customers. You dont even deserve a 1 star for the rude Karens that work there.

I came this Saturday morning to do my daughters passport and I didn’t know I need an appointment which was fine. They said to make an appointment or wait. I waited and it wasn’t busy so I asked if I could do mine and they said yes. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes with my fussy toddler only for them to tell me when it was my turn that other appointments had begun lining up so they won’t take me. They saw me lining up for ages and didn’t say anything until it was my turn. I asked why she didn’t say anything until now and let me wait and she ignored me. Terrible customer service and I won’t come back
