Carpro Service Centre

I have been very disappointed by the customer service displayed here at Carpro! I have taken both mine and my husband’s car here over the last few years sporadically and was really happy with the service originally and recently I had my car fixed (not not) with a comment at the end saying that if the ABS light was to flash on again come in for free computer diagnostics again incase something else needed fixing. When I did this I returned to my car after an hour to be rudely asked for $100 for labour and that this was a communication error on my behalf! He took no responsibility an when I questioned what he had done (purely diagnose more issues and clearly stated it’s no guarantee if that will fix the problem) he then abruptly told me don’t bring my car back and I was forced to load my child and the pram into my car in the middle of the workshop! As a female I felt very intimidated and felt it was handled very unprofessionally!

I have been regularly taking my cars to carpro for the last 5 years... and I’ve always been very happy with their friendly service and professionalism. I haven’t had issues with my cars for the last 5 years. I highly recommend them.
