Balance Studio

Definitely a go-to for someone who needs a flexible, kids friendly and welcoming environment even for beginners. I'm a beginner myself and the pace is easy to follow. Was nervous at first but worth trying

I have been attending classes for about a year now. Fun variety and a good workout!

Balance Studio has been responsible for getting me back into regular exercise. I love going to class now and feel fitter than I have felt in ages! The team of instructors are awesome and I have met some wonderful people along the way. I also love that there are kid friendly classes.

I joined Balance a year ago as the timetable and variety of different classes was so appealing. I have met some great people which makes getting up for early classes so much easier.The kid friendly classes are great bonus too and my kids love going.

Em is easily the best pilates and yoga instructor I've ever had. I first attended a class after lockdown, when I was looking to get back into fitness. She was warm and accomodating, so I instantly felt welcome. When class commenced I found her teaching style to be incredibly dedicated and authentic. She truely seeks to get the best out of her students and actually TEACH them. Rather than just smash through as I've experienced at too many other studios. I have completing reignited my fitness habits and am adopting a more positive relationship with it. Unfortunately I'm no longer in Torquay, but if I ever return, I'll be sure to drop in for a class!
