Greencross Vets Hyde Park

So helpful in a semi urgent situation. Not our usual vet but will consider changing to them.

Kind, caring and professional vets.I have exotics, so their specialist vet sees all my animals.

The most unprofessional facility I have ever visited. Zero care given for our pet. Green Cross vets as a whole have been great, just not this centre.

Exceptional veterinary care. I was thrilled with the care shown to our dogs. Time taken to come out and meet them outside the consultation room to ensure they were calm. I've never seen this anywhere else and it's a wonderful touch to ensuring a calm visit if you have a nervous pet.

Super friendly staff and veterinary professionals. My dog gets really anxious at the clinic, but the Vet was lovely and treated him with kindness kindness and a gentle hand. I was given plenty of information and suggestions, but didn't feel forced into making decisions there and then.The reception staff were helpful in updating my details and booking us in for a follow up appointment.I always appreciate the next day text I receive, just to make sure that my dog is doing ok after his appointment.A great clinic and a really lovely brand.

Absolutely love this vet clinic. My dogs are treated so well at their regular check ups. Dr Vinny completed surgery to remove a tumour on my Puggle, he was really transparent with costs, procedure and knowledgeable. Thank you to everyone employed there.

If you're looking for a really really excellent vet go and see Dr Vini and his friendly team. He's the Dr Doolittle of Townsville the animals love him, and he's bloody good at what he does.

Absolute disgrace Hyde Park Green cross vets are, we took our dog that was in the process of a miscarriage, we got there waited for an hour with our dog bleeding black blood everywhere, then the vet proceeded to tell us he won't do the surgery basically threw a handful of towels at us and to take her back in the car with 2 little kids and take her to another vet clinic. We attempted to go deeragun green cross first which they refused to to take us and and sent to us to Hyde Park due to no vets available. Eventually got in at aikenvale greencross which they were helpful, but the process could have been avoided with better communication between centres. Especially being a loyal customer for years, I won't be using green cross again after this

Excellent. Caring, efficient, knowledgeable.Vinnie was brilliant and the nurses were top notch. I haven't owned a dog in 20 years and only recently adopted so I can't really speak on pricing as this was our first visit. I wasn't shocked by the cost (much less than I anticipated) but what I can say is that a) I know that it's a business (seemingly a franchise/network?) and it's gonna wanna make money and b) in my case there was surgery. That's gonna cost, and that's ok when the vet that tended to my dog is obviously well educated and experienced and has better bedside manner than some of the human doctors I've had.If you come on here one starring any vet because of cost, go get a degree in veterinary science and do it yourself, or don't have a pet.Shop around if you want, but I wouldn't care how much it cost if I choose to own a pet. That's on me.
