So SUPER HAPPY with the services. Heinrich was kind, caring and just very human about the raw emotion. Our cat passed suddenly and we had no idea what to do or how to do it. We reached out to a few different places, but none made us feel comfortable with letting her go, except for Heinrich.. He offered a great service and was accommodating to all my questions as I tried to understand the process of how's, where's and the when. He didn't make me feel silly or like I was being dramatic. I would recommend him to EVERYONE! Soft, gentle and caring is what you will get from him, and he will keep you updated every step of the way. He went above and beyond for us and we appreciate you so much xShe came home in time for Xmas as we had asked, and she was comforted by a memorial teddy, a candle, a keyring, her pawprint for us and a lock of her hair.. I'm so happy I entrusted Heinrich at pets forever with my cat harley. He was nothing but professional, respectful and empathetic. He picked him up from the vets the same day, and dropped him off at my house just a day later.

Thankyou Heinrich for taking care of our gorgeous girl, Kimmy. Heinrich picked Kimmy up within an hour of her passing from our vet, on Friday and returned her home to us on Sunday morning. My beautiful 6 yr old bubba Polly passed within an hour of moving to our new abode. Heinrich was easily contactable and came to my aid promptly. He sat and chatted with me until I settled. I have no doubt my girl was treated with all the love and care that I wished for her.

We were so lost after our fur baby passed, not to mention financially stressed after the visit to the vet. Due to this, Heinrich let us put down a deposit of only 50% of the fees and was at our home ready for pickup within the hour.
