MINDFUL AF

Mindful AF is one of the most welcoming and peaceful places for yoga and workshops I have experienced. The atmosphere is always calm and the interactions with instructors and clients show what a supportive community space this is. The restorative class has become my favourite part of the week, and the perfect way to release and rest. Highly recommended

Stumbled upon this shop by accident in search of coffee. As our coffee was being prepared at the Cafe next door, I noticed Fergus the 13 year old cat on his harness next door watching the world go by. The owner came out to chat about her cat and then presented me with a free bunch of flowers that hadn't sold. As she was about to close for the day, she wanted to brighten someone's day. The shop sells clothing, plants and gifts. The owner is friendly and accommodating. Please drop in and support a wonderful small business in Emerald. The Nookie Cafe next door is also good and makes great coffee.
