First time going to Silken Touch as I had offered to be a model for their trainee.... pleasantly surprised as it's always hard going to a new salon. I had waxing by a senior staff member and then a back massage and mini facial by the trainee. All were executed in a professional and pleasant manner. Its a lovely salon with easy access and parking (not being in the main shopping centre) - highly recommend ☺

Such a great salon, the AVIVA tan is amazing. Always looks great. I love going to Silken Touch they always try to fit you in & are super flexible with tanning appointments. So accommodating - they are the best! Highly recommend

Bad service and over priced. My partner gifted me a deluxe manicure and a deluxe pedicure voucher for Christmas and when booking the appointment was asked if I would like to get my nails painted shellac with the manicure and pedicure, to which I agreed. After receiving, what I would say was barely even a pedicure or manicure, I was charged an extra $110 for shellac on my toes and hands. Safe to say I do not intend to go back and have warned people I know about my experience.

came here for a brazillian wax, spray tan and acrylic nails. the wax was amazing and super sensitive on the skin, the spray tax was amazing and has lasted just over a week, however the acrylics were not a great experience. the nails didnt match on both hands, there was miss communication and my natural nails showed through the white tips?, the nails where coming up from either side and one nails has snapped off after 5 days. the staff were super lovely and tried to fix this however I wouldnt go back for my nails

I’ve been coming here to get my nails done for over a year now, and I would never go anywhere else. Not only do I walk away with stunningly made up nails every time, I also receive the highest level of customer service and consideration, all for a very reasonable price.

Very pleased to find this Salon. Great job on brows and lashes. Facial was vey relaxing, better still my skin still feels great almost a week later.Salon has a great feel, love the bright towels. Friendly, professional staff.

Just had the best brazilian wax of my life! I landed in Perth from Melbourne and was looking for a last-minute appointment before driving down to Margaret River. Noreen was very accomodating and squeezed me in. The attention to detail and care in her waxing service was fantastic. So much so, I asked her to do my underarms too! Highly recommend Noreen and the Silken Touch team if you are after a professional waxing treament.

Late letting me know they can't do my appointment. Too late to even book anywhere.Edit: No, I was never offered suggestions or a solution. All I got was, they can't do my appointment anymore. It's not a treatment that I could reschedule, it was a service I needed for an event 1hour after the end of the appointment. It wasn't something that could've been put off. And yes, I would've appreciated if there was a solution or a suggestion if i was ever given one.But please feel free to flip the story and make it seem I was unreasonable.
