Convenient location, with excellent customer service and attention to detail. I ordered a men’s wedding suit, the suit looks amazing, feels comfortable and fits so well, the best I have ever felt in a suit. Mel has been a pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy.

My partner had a terrible experience getting a women’s suit made, so much so that she has been brought to tears twice. You asked her to write an email to the founder at her last appointment, but it’s been over 4 months and she’s still too upset. It’s been hanging over her so I’m writing this review to give her closure. The level of stress she went through is unacceptable when paying you $950 for a tailored suit.She went for 5 appointments and still doesn’t have a proper fitting suit. It was just a constant mess of bad service, miscommunication, not listening to what she wanted and poor work. She’s cried twice, first time being when you guys didn’t have her suit ready to wear at her new job when you promised. She was asked to write an email and Clint fobbed her off.The second time was outside your building on the pavement. She called me that after you guys had promised to remake her ill-fitting suit, you had now changed your mind that “we can’t for one inch on the trousers”. She was asked to write a second email at this appointment to get a 10% refund ($95). She said she’d leave bad reviews so it was hush money, and no apology was offered by Ivan.She is just over the whole thing and wishes she had bought off the rack. Funnily enough she works in formal wear acquisition and has let everyone know what a bad experience she had. She paid $950 for less stress but it was a waste of money. I’m suspicious as to the high reviews given her experience.

I used this place more than once now and I have never been disappointed. The service is good and quality is abundant. There is a wait time so be prepared. The cost can vary but considering the final product I am happy to spend. If this is your first tailored experience I highly recommend. Fabric selection varies and signature touches to your suit are available. Highly recommended. The only issue is no parking. Located in the beautiful Dymocks building.

I came in for an initial consult with Kelvin 11 weeks before my wedding day. Kelvin was absolutely fantastic in helping me every step of the way. From choosing fabrics, style, measurements, and communicating with me via email every step of the way. Joe Button are very professional, organised, stylish and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When you have the biggest day of your life coming up and you need suits for you and your groomsmen, you cannot go wrong with a custom made suit from Joe Button. Thanks again Kelvin! I absolutely love my custom made suit!

Cannot recommend Joe Button highly enough. Having been disappointed with the service at another tailor, I decided to go in and see the team at Joe Button. Kinley and Mel went above and beyond to find the exact colour suit I was after for my upcoming wedding and the results speak for themselves. Thank you to the whole team for putting together my perfect, bespoke suit!

Went for consultation for my groom and groomsmen suits and dealt with Clint who was helpful. I was told all the things we discussed were documented on their paper template and could be discussed again later. However when it came to my follow up appointment, none of the suit details we recorded could be found so I had to start the specs all over again with Ivan. from there however it was a smooth experience with the exception of their shirts being produced in Shanghai meaning it was subject to lockdown and there was a risk of me not getting my wedding shirts in time. Nonetheless Ivan was great to deal with.

Went in to get my Wedding Tuxedo suit and loved the experience. I was served by Kelvin who is really good at what he does. Not only does he have great knowledge and recommendations but is also a very patient gentleman. Being new to the whole suit shopping experience, Kelvin really took the time and effort to slow down and explain to ensure I get a clear understanding of every bit that constitutes a great suit. Joe button's suit quality in terms of the stitching and material are also worth appreciating. Really a good place I would recommend for great service and great product.

She has great attention to detail with sizing an adjustment and she is nothing but helpful and very informative. The suits are high quality and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I was recommended by my friend who purchased from their Melbourne Showroom and luckily I listened because I had an incredible experience here at Joe Button. I had the pleasure of dealing with Amy, Modi & Mel here and not only were they extremely friendly and helpful, they were patient with all of my unusual requests.From changing the sizing of my lapels to different coloured stitching for my buttonholes, they happily accommodated all my requests. I am someone who is very fussy about my suiting attire but the suit turned out fantastic. Fitted perfectly - even though I had lost some weight since they measured me. They fixed it the fit perfectly.. all within a week. Super efficient.I really highly recommend them - especially if you're looking for a tailor who truly understand what fits you best. They taught me why off the rack suits didn't fit my specific body shape (I gym and according to them, I have rolled shoulders meaning that they had to shift the shoulder stitchings on the jacket forward) and what suit fabrics and super were best suited for me (I needed to use this suit for everyday work and so I needed wool that was not only comfortable but durable). Honestly, this is how customer service should be, fun & insightful.

Looks like no-one is answering phone calls or emails, I have paid for 2 shirts $350 upfront, 5 weeks ago without any contact on the progress. Looks like it's a rip off, I can't believe we are going have to now buy a shirt for a wedding in Jan. Please stay away from this place! I will be going to fair trading
