It was a great experience working with Andrew, we initially tried selling back in 2017 but had no luck. Throughout the interim, Andrew stayed in contact, emailing or ringing every couple of months. Fast forward to 2021 and during one of his calls he mentioned that the investor market was surging and suggested that we list the property. Our lease was due to expire in December so we made the decision to wait, however Andrew obtained a good off-market offer which we accepted. Andrew worked really hard to keep the process going, he was involved and up to speed every step of the way, I'm positive that the sale would have fallen over with any other agent.
