Most Reliable, Honest Mechanics I've come across, unlike most big brand mechanic shops, these guys do not try and rip you off, or sell you anything you do not need. The services are above and beyond and the gentlemen are lovely.Would not go anywhere else, Be sure to give the smaller shops a chance, they are much more reliable and are not all about the money, but more the care for your car!

I am impressed with the 5 star reviews but I beg to differ. This shop offers no frill service at a low price, that is it. I had my car serviced here for a number of years and I got exactly what I paid for, which is to say, I had oil change but I suspect the mechanical and safety inspection is very subpar. For example, I was surprised to be told of many additional items that need my attention the one occasion I had the car serviced elsewhere. Admittedly, some of the items are padding, but I have verified many as legitimate. For example, I was told my aircon needs re-gassing. But the Motor shop miss that completely.The 2 stars is to acknowledge the low price. But be advised that it is an all-cash business and nothing is documented. If something happened to your car after the service, you are on your own. There is no resemblance whatsoever of customer care or pride in one's workmanship. These people will not own up to any faults they made when fixing your car. I had two unfavourable encounters with them. After the second where my rear drum brake makes a scrapping noise after pad replacement, I realised I have been seduced by the cheap price and forgotten about quality of workmanship. If you have reasonable disposable income, please go somewhere else that takes ownership of their work. Peace.

Finding a reliable mechanic here in Perth usually comes with a very hefty price tag. However, there is one mechanic that you can find in town who does the job well at a reasonable cost.Both my wife and myself have been using the motor shop for the last number of years. The service that they provide is a very no frills service. They get the job done, gets the car working and you even get your car vacuumed when you send it in for a service.I am not sure how they got such low reviews on other portals, but I would highly recommend this mechanic for any of you who is looking for a long term reliable guy to go to. They don't try to sell you things that you don't need and they are always very honest about what needs to be replaced. At times, they even take the extra effort to source for a more affordable option.I have never been disappointed with any of their major or minor works that my car has gone through with them. Car always comes back better than before, knowing that you haven't been ripped off. What I like most about the motor shop is that they don't try to hard sell their service with coupons or pushy service. They just get the job done, every single time =)

Been there since 5,6 years ago with my Mazda 2, Honda Integra, mitsubishi outlander and all well serviced. Now with Prado and got best service. One of the top mechanic in town. Reasonable price with top quality service.
