Went to the trade desk to place an order for a large item on the shelf to be delivered to my home. Waited in the queue patiently until my turn and just then the staff member decided to take a phone call without even acknowledging me! Even though I was the last person in the queue! I waited a further ten minutes and still she sat talking on the phone! I asked two other staff members to help me but they said they weren’t trained on that till. Finally a young girl came to serve and then promptly informed that she couldn’t process a delivery so I had no choice but to wait for the telephone call to end! Needless to say I walked out without my transaction being done. If I could give a zero for customer service, I would! Don’t Bunnings care about their customers anymore! Wednesday 10 May at 2.45pm

Usual range of everything that Bunnings carries.Has plenty of close by parking.Has a dedicated motorcycle parking area near the front door.Often has a charity BBQ eg Coffs Harbour Show Society (13-15 May 2022 I saw).The cafe is always popular and service is friendly and efficient.Open 7 days a week and late night opening on Thursday.Great garden section.Be sure to use your Power Pass for a discount if you have one.The cafe often has end of day 50% discount.

Great place as always. We didnt get what we wanted to buy but the customer service is great! They helped us out as much as they could. And very pet friendly!

Went to Bunnings on Monday, the staff are very friendly & so helpful nothing was to much trouble for them, the coffee is great with snacks & friendly staff again, I actually enjoyed being there easy parking & accessible for wheelchairs u can take your fur baby as well what more could u ask for.

The staff at Bunnings are awful. If they see you coming with a question the go the opposite direction or turn there head to avoid your gaze. I went looking for range hoods and the woman in charge of the area looked the other way when she saw me coming so I asked someone at the service desk, he directed me to her. I approached her she looked up when i asked a question about sizes. She directed me to the isle they were in and told me to look at the boxes for size. Could not be bothering to even get off her stool!I walked out and purchased my range hood elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!

It’s a really busy local Bunnings strongly aimed at trade customers. Though the parking lot is huge it’s very busy even on a weekday around lunchtime. The timber section has a helpful drive in feature. The average age of the customers in this Bunnings is well over 60.

Deleted my great shopping experience. Woeful customer service. Guy could not be bothered. I was so obliging and he was so rude directing me to go to the other end of the store. No help. Store is so big and we rely on the staff to help us find what we need. Could not get this guys name he took off so fast. Shame on u buddy. If I see you again I will get your name.

Ok ordered online and was told the should arrive today. As I was going past it thought I would check. Waited in line at trade counter, they said go to information, wait in line at counter. They said go to special orders. Waited 10 mins at unattended desk. Finally gave up and left I discussed. Glad they match prices because there is no customer service
