I had a small-space ensuite that needed a complete reno and my experience with Beaumont Tiles in Woolloongabba was great! Jake and DJ were very helpful and provided the advice I needed to be comfortable with the decisions I made. I ended up getting floor and wall tiles, sink and vanity, and toilet with them, and they even sourced, at short notice, a specific mixer tap I wanted for the shower. They'll definitely be my first stop for future renos.

I feel great customer service is rare these days, so I was very impressed in my dealings with Jake at Beaumont Tiles Woolloongabba. He knows his products, is very helpful and passionate and remembered me when I went back a few days later to add to my order. Buyer beware - make sure you install your tiles within 30 days of receiving them - as they refuse to take your excess tiles back as it was outside 30 days! Also make sure the sales person does not load an extra 50-75% more of the tiles than you would actually need (I guess so they can meet their sales quotas), so you are left with enough tiles (20 boxes) to complete another large bathroom. Feeling Ripped Off.

Very delighted with the assistance that I received from Tegan. She has a design background and really knows house design - particularly bathroom and kitchen design well. Parking is on-site which is always great in woollongabba.

A one-stop shop for quality products and excellent service. We arrived at Beaumont Woolloongabba downhearted after visiting other tile and fixture showrooms that had limited ranges and low-quality products, and we wish we'd gone to Beaumont's first! Their selection of tapware and fixtures (particularly the Timberline range) was extensive, so there were plenty of options to choose from, and Tegan went above and beyond to help us narrow down the selection and ensure we had the perfect products for our small spaces. Having the tiles and fixtures in the one place was a huge help to visualise how everything would come together, but the best part of the process was that our order arrived on time and looks just as wonderful as we'd hoped.

Tegan was a great help with choosing accessories - ordering in what wasn't in stock like my 'sexy grab rail'. Good ideas for all the components for the bathroom. Everyone I dealt with at Beaumont Woolloongabba was helpful & engaged with my bathroom project.

I am so new with the kitchen/bathroom reno. The staff (2/3 staff) were very helpful and offered to give me information and the lovely lady helped me to choose the tile.Until I told them my tradie name which they insisted to know, then her colleagues (or boss) didn't allow her to help me, he sounded very unpleasant towards us.. bcuz my tradie doesnot buy tiles from this location. Honestly I didn't know the rules between the tradies and the stores but should not treat the customer like this. I felt very uncomfortable.Maybe the store should put the entry policyAnd those who do tile shopping should not mention their tradie name so you can get 100% service.Again, much appreciated the lady who helped me today.
