Quote and installation booked on short notice, I was kept updated with confirmation and time promptly.I had a great experience with Anthony & WIll both were very informative and efficient in their installation. When their representative turned up they told me I had to replace two valves at additional cost when there wasn't anything wrong with them (as verified by another plumber). I was asked to pay a deposit and was provided with an invoice with no costs in the right column. I asked to be provided with a written quote with no more to pay. It wasn't provided and so I didn't provide a deposit, as such I sourced another heater from another plumber. I have subsequently been given a $250 invoice for a callout fee. There is no reference to callout fees on the Hot Water 2day website.

I am very pleased with the Rheem 160-litre 491160 electric water heater I ordered from Hot Water 2Day. The item arrived in perfect condition and I was thrilled to discover it was manufactured just two months earlier. It was by far the best deal I could find on the same system. My last Rheem 125L 3.6kW 11112507 electric water heater lasted 14 years, so I am very confident its replacement will deliver hot water for many years to come. Joe was very helpful and resolved any issues quickly and painlessly. Would gladly shop again!

15 months old 250l Rheem hws has failed Rheem do not want anything to do with it as it's only got a 1 year warranty. Terrible quality product. Terrible customer service from RHEEM.
