Very disappointed, I was charged 20% more than what I was quoted online, further more was not made aware that the battery that was being installed in my phone was aftermarket and that I would from now on have a notification “unknown part”.Battery health information is no longer available, optimised charging is unavailable also.The new aftermarket battery lasts the same as the original battery I had. I got a quote from apple for a genuine battery replacement including fitting and it was the same value I was charged.This experience was extremely angering hence why I have waited 6 weeks to leave a rational review.I do not recommend going to royal repairs.

Took my Samsung phone to shop with smashed screen and backing plate. Jake ordered new ones while I was there. They arrived the very next day and he completed the repairs on that day. Good as new phone. Will recommend this business.

These guys were very good. The turn around on my iPhone 6+ was amazingly fast and very reasonably priced.These people really know their stuff and are full of good advice!There is a good selection of phone cases and other accessories!

Took my partners phone here to have screen replacement for an iPhone. They fixed the cracked screen but now the phone is not usable and the touch doesn't work at all now. Saying they can't do anything because it's not under there warranty DONT EVER TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE, if they don't repair it properly they won't back up there repair and ask for more money
