Fantastic service. Had a new house built and the shower had a leak. The stuff we’re very happy to get it sorted. The guy that come out Kane was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended.

We have used ATOG for built in wardrobes before and been happy however this time has been a mess from start to finish. The initial timeframe became unavailable but we decided to wait almost 2 weeks more given our previously positive experience. When the install day came the “installer” damaged our newly painted walls, didn’t install the wardrobes & left without communicating with us so we found no wardrobes & damage on returning home that night. We had to chase them up and were assured the “a-team” would fix it. Apparently they guy they sent had no idea how to install. They couldn’t given the extent of damage that needed to now be covered so we had to wait another week for a re-install (and cancel our carpet install and move in as a result). Finally installed yesterday & the job is done, but not perfect. Apparently irregular floor/walls means there are gaps at the top of the doors (not at the bottom) and it is the best they can do. Not what I expect from custom robes. To top it off the installer was aggressive to me demanding completion payment on the spot (50% deposit paid already). I explained that given all the hassle with the job I wanted my husband to see it after work and I would transfer that night (which I did), not to pay immediately. I am not easily rattled but having someone shaking papers in my face, raising his voice and demanding payment left me upset. I spoke to someone else from the company who told me they would get back to me shortly but no contact so far. I have gone from recommending this company to friends to warning others. Essentially late delivery, damage to surrounding structures and terrible service. Avoid!!!

I can't speak highly enough of the professional job done, along with starting with the reception you receive from Bec on the phone to Brian who came to quote and suggest ideas for having a large wardrobe built. Everybody arrived on the time that they stated they would be at our place and everyone was very friendly.Joe came to install the shelving and structure of the wardrobe and did a very professional job and the 4 sliding doors that were needed to complete the job we had Theo and Jack finish off the job with putting in the tracks and doors. The only reason it wasn't completed in the one go was that we had extra large doors to reach an 8ft 10inch ceiling and the vinyl wrap on the doors wasn't the normal size.The finished job has made us very happy and will certainly be telling our friends to not hesitate to use Touch of Glass when looking for a professional job.Thank you one and all.Regards Lorraine

I have not been a customer of this company so far but one of the drivers were very poor and made a bad name for the company by coming really close to crashing into my sister and I in the car. This doesn’t have much to do with the service but I think if your a driver in a company car we should expect you to follow road laws.

Worst company ever. I'm sure they make decent shower screens and mirrors but after a month and 4 last minute cancellations, i'm still waiting for our order!Customer service is beyond poor and the constant illness" of all their installers means that they will only call you at the very last minute to cancel

These guys do amazing work! Our splashback looks amazing and they were so helpful at every stage of of renovation process. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

What a fantastic experience. We couldn’t be happier. We only had a vague idea of what we wanted, but Brian was great. He listened, then designed and measured our new wardrobes on the spot. The installation ran like clockwork, and every person we dealt with at the company made us feel welcome and valued.

ATOG group has just bought Ultimate Glass who I had spent a good amount with in the past and was happy. First Thing John Hilder did, 1 day before the install was told me I had to organise my own Traffic management which I had already agreed with Ultimate that they would be organising. He told me to read the fine print on the quote better and left me with half the bill (after my complaint) as well as having to organise the entire permit. This penny pinching delayed my 30k install by a week and a half after they had already pushed the job back twice. In all the glass went in 3 weeks late with me having to completely organise and pay half of traffic management. I would suggest using another company, Customer service was extremely poor, loosing a customer and receiving a bad review for $1500 reflects on what they will do to make a very small amount.
