From the first contact until the car was picked up; about a year ago, Western Motors provided me with dedicated and respectful service. I was based; at the time, in Bairnesdale and as such the only reference I had with regard to the vehicle [a 1999 Ford Fairlane Ghia] was photographs and the Salespersons word. The images were beautiful and the reality was; and has been, even more wonderful. I would not hesitate in rcommending this friendly family yard for anyone looking for a reliable drive; especially if it is one their 'Drive Away' vehicles. I certainly would return to Western for my next vehicle.

Disappointed.Took my car in for a roadworthy inspection and got a long list of things to fix,their cost was $2500,it cost me $700 to do the work myself.The mechanics(Ken and the team)are genuine,diligent and steadfast.The cashier at the front desk is exorbitant and quite frankly a conman.

Great service! Really efficient and honest workers. Ive had both minor and major services done on my car and everything was super easy to organise with them, and both the manager and one of the mechanics helped me understand what was actually being serviced on my car so i wasnt left in the dark. Honest, kind and efficient staff, would definately reccommend!

Charged a lot extra and then reduced 30% of extra amount charged in the name of discount. Replaced globes, vipers when they were working perfectly fine. Performed a scan and charged $65 extra for it even when I asked for the quote of a particular sensor (by naming it) is troubling 'at times'. Worst experience ever. Paid $280 for just servicing a Barina.Never worth going to.

John just finished an engine swap for my mazda 3. After struggling to find a mechanic and a broken down car in my driveway. I called western tyre centre after being recommended to them by a friend.They organised a tow truck, picked the car up and fitted the new motor. Extra point because they also conducted a safety check and gave the car a clean inside and out.Thanks so much, p.s sorry for taking a while to do this review.

Rude staff ,they asked me for pay 500$ cash for service but without any invoice.And I asked for invoice ,the guys was there, talk to me very rude and he said no invoice for cash pay.I think this is not legal in Australia. He wanted 500$ cash but no invoice.Rude staff
