Grateful for Dr Ana and Dr Kaori who in the last month have taken such good care of our beloved family dog lagotto Lulu.They put together a pain management care plan for her to make her as comfortable as possible in the last month of her life. Unfortunately life is cruel and her disease has taken over her body and organs too much.The girls were available for all our questions 24/7 and nothing was too much of a hassle.We appreciate you both and how much you cared for Lulu and our family!

Dr. Kaori Takeoka and Dr. Ana Carolina Springford were absolutely wonderful with helping our gorgeous labrador Bella of 16 years pass over. They both respected the wishes of how we wanted Bella to pass with dignity and honour. They understood that Bella was more than a dog to us, but, our daughter. Two wonderful, kind and understanding ladies.

Dr. Kaori and Dr. Ana we both so amazing at helping us put our boy to rest. They were understanding, patient and compassionate.They explained the whole process to us and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye.Could not recommend them enough.Thank you both so much.
