I got into the venue like I did last time but the staff working today was not trained properly and doesn't know how to talk. All brown guys are not delivery guy. I walked towards the counter the guy infront of the counter out of no where asked me delivery details and I ignored him as he was mistaken . Then I ordered chicken fried rice dine in and asked for beer as well but the girl inside the counter goes like sorry we don't do beers and I was like what ?? And again asked can I get one she said no we don't do take away beer and I was shocked as I asked to dine in so I again said " no no it's dine in " . I think they need some training to see the people . The way the tone and the expression feels like Karen's dine in . They need to learn that no matter who comes in first greet and ask what they are there for if he is a delivery guy or girl or a customer for dine in or take away. They need to learn a lot. But food is always great as it used to be . Thanks chefs for lovely food❤️❤️"

The food was great, and the interior was really well set out. However, there was a very small variety of not alcoholic drinks, so it's not that great for people who can't drink, but their fried chicken was 10/10, and the dipping sauces were delicious. The dessert is a must as well.

Really great place for some Koren fried chicken. I'd like a little more salt in the seasoning though as it was lacking a bit but other than that pretty nice! The sauces are on point, soy garlic is my favourite. Very good value as well.

I tried Gami last night for the first time, though I wouldn’t order what I got last night (no fault of my own for not reading the description properly) it was far too spicy. But I tried to Hotteok, and that was amazing!I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to leave one for the amazing customer service I had, I believe the girl that was serving me was named Lani, she was extremely friendly. Made ordering very comfortable and wasn’t annoyed by any questions, and was extremely accommodating to helping me. As someone who freshly started work in customer based service, this set an amazing example.
