I ordered the rebel burger but the plant base meat tasted like stone hard to eat!!By the way staff made the noisy (sounds like moving the chairs very loud) when we were eating !Felt bad experience!

Food was sloppy, attitude on a PUBIC HOLIDAY was rude and miserable, little care in customer service. The place was dirty; the bins were full and fill with fly’s. after seeing the restaurant in THAT state. Never will we eat at cannon hill AGAIN!Will be report to HQ.

Really disappointed with my visit here. Ordering went smoothly and was easier than Macca's which is a positive. But when the food came out the burger looked nothing like what you see in the ads. I ordered the Jack's Chicken burger. The chips were also cold. I took the chips back and the guy on the counter replaced them and was helpful.This was my first visit in a while and I was very disappointed

The coffee here is terrible. I ordered like 5 times they all taste really, really bad, they need to train baristas better. Most of the times staff forgets to give you sauces, which is bad :(

Pathetic service. Did deliver from doordash as I often takes order nearby my place and three times the manager or the person in charge has been super nasty. She is the same idiot person when I get to go and grab the orders and she throws it in the counter as if I owe her something. Get a grip you idiot. Also everytime I arrive the staff never bother to ask how can I help and check my doordash order as if I do not exist. Terrible experience and this is why I am not taking orders from this place anymore (the cannonhill only). Absolutely rubbish people. Hope this store goes out of business for good.

Good to have a new place to get chips and a burger! I'm not a great one for going to francises like this but when visiting girlfriend and her kids, then you just have to go along with the crowd. Have only been through drive through but seems typical. The turning can be a little tight especially for a large car which everyone seems to drive these days. Service seems a bit haphazard. Had a girl who was a bit short with us last night but at next window the young girl was very nice. I will be going here on and off in the future as the kids like it and are happy!

There were constant problems. From the attendant not knowing the menu to the system needs to reboot to long wait times. Overall a terrible customer experience and one that you definitely want to keep driving to avoid.

How many times do I need to repeat myself, apparently 5 times to still get the order wrong. If I was running this business there would be some massive changes whole new staff and actually put some of their mutli-million dollar a year profit into training and proficiency. The only reason i decided to eat here was because MacDonald’s was running a “system update” and I regret that I probably should have waited the half an hour to eat there, maybe some satisfaction would come then.
