I've spent a fair bit of time and money here after previously shopping at the other red tool shop. The service is always good and knowledgeable on their products and I've never had them try to push a different brand or dearer model because there was a brand deal on. They have my business as long as they keep this mentality

This is an exceptional business.I'm a manager of a Hunter based construction company. The service they provide to us is absolutely first class. An excellent range of quality tooling at market leading price points, same/next day delivery on virtually all orders and they go the extra mile to expedite tooling that has limited availability and longer lead-times.On a personal level, I recently had the need to upgrade a number of home tools. There is no way the staff I dealt with could have been aware of our corporate relationship. I came away with a great service experience and extremely happy with my purchases.I thoroughly recommend Total Tools Sandgate.
