Eclipse Kimberley

Took my laptop in to see if they colud upgrade my hard drive; It was $120 deposit. They couldn't upgrade it so they said that they would clean up the hard drive. I got my laptop back and they said that they were able to clean up 1Gb.When I checked my total hard drive space had been reduced by 4Gb to 28 from 32. I had 4Gb free when I took it in and now I only have 1Gb free. They refused to give me a refund because the person who worked on it was working on it for an hour.They then tried to claim that it is normal for Windows to show less storage space when I have had the laptop for 4 years and it has always showed me that the total amount of storage space I was using compared to the total amount of space (32Gb).

Very impressed with these guys. I explained my computer issue over the phone and the technician diagnosed the problem immediately.I had rang around to other computer repair places in Broome and these chaps had the most competitive rates.I took my computer in at 4:30pm and it was ready by 4:30pm the next day!They charged me the amount as promised and my computer works now just as I need it to.Definitely recommended.

I was given a laptop from online with faulty hardware, Eclipse Kimberley was sent the replacement and replaced the faulty part with the new one in good time

Took a laptop for battery replacement. I provided the battery. No problems they said. Got a call after 48 hours.....sorry mate, we can't replace the battery. We don't have the tools for the job.

Great computer store with local staff. Very helpful with any computer, laptop or IT support problems. Just watch out for that Jade guy ;) He's the guy you want for the best service!
